Thanks a lot! This worked for a setup at one of my clients where they were facing the same issue. But it was and HS21 XM in this case, but the solution worked!

I was able to get by this issue by using the Win2K3 R2 disk w/SP2. The R2 disk would not work. Thanks for the suggestion
